Structure of the Wiki
Talking with Matt and Jim, they thought the wiki wasn't well enough structured. The last useful forum post above (msg266190) is a collection of tips and tricks. Where does it fit?
Matt thought manuals were useless except as sources of shortcut keystroke definitions.

Jaguu suggested http://www.snom.com/wiki/index.php/Snom300 as a good model, it looks very nice, and one thing I like a lot is the little images in each category.
