Monster

Both the sender and receiver have a pairing button which must be held down for about 5 seconds to begin pairing.

Both also have a switch that selects M or K (Monster or Kleernet). These must match. When set the same, the initial state of the light after plugging the device in will be the same color (blue for Monster). There is a second switch that is reserved for future use.

When pairing mode begins, each device will flash red and blue lights when pairing is in progress but not yet achieved. It will take about 30 seconds or so until the devices are paired. The light will change to a solid color (no blinking) when it has been paired.

The speaker has a switch on the top left and it must be depressed to turn it on.
