I should say -- I am no world expert on this stuff. I do a lot of video editing (among other tasks) at my job and I'm a media hobbyist at home (aren't we all) and this is all based on what I've learned through my own investigations in the past few years. If there is anything wrong in here, I'd love to learn more so please correct me!
