Media Scheduler is not accessible through Media Center. To launch it, you must go through your Programs folder:

To launch it, you must go to Tree > Services & Plug-ins > Scheduler.
 
 
To edit Media Center's file associations, right click on the Media Scheduler icon in the tray and choose "Edit File Associations." This dialog will allow you to configure the file types with which Media Center is associated. You can also use the "Check and claim file associations every X minutes" to have Media Scheduler automatically reclaim any lost associations every "X" minutes. This is handy in case other programs have stolen the file associations.
