1. Your Registration Codes (permanent licenses) can be retrieved by using option #2 on the Restore Page. You will receive e-mail from buy-button at jriver.

2. Download and install JRiver Media Center from the Download Page at jriver.com. Other sites cannot always be trusted.

Important: Your license must match your version.

3. Use the Registration Code to do a Restore on the Restore Page.

Use Copy and Paste to avoid mistakes. Browsers can sometimes cause problems. Opera renames the .mjr extension of our Install Key to .exe and this will not work. IE is reliable.
