The following smartlist will display all tracks that require the Audio Analyze tool to be run against them: 

[Media Type]=[Audio] [Replay Gain]=[]

Or a more thorough search: 

[Media Type]=[audio] ([Replay Gain]=0 or [Peak Level]=0 or [BPM]=0 or [Intensity]=0)
