Party Mode allows you to protect your library while others are using the program. It grants users full, non-destructive and non-intrusive use of the program by allowing them to do just about anything except permanently saving or removing information from your library.

If Access Control is enabled, it applies, and will hide content in Party Mode.

To switch to party mode, go to View > Party Mode. To switch back to normal mode, uncheck "Party Mode" from the View menu.

When you switch back to normal mode, all temporary settings and changes that occurred while in party mode are replaced by your original settings.

Forget your password?

If you forget your password you can clear it in the Party Mode password dialog by double clicking on the "Man wearing the lampshade" image while holding down the Ctrl and Shift keys on your keyboard.
