BDAV (Blu-ray Audio Video) is a term used to describe the format used by Blu-ray Recorders. BDAV is the same format used by Blu-ray though includes a unique device id for it's AACS encryption. Media Center can play this format but it must have it encryption removed first. AnyDVD HD is able to remove this encryption but you need the full licensed version (the trial version will not remove the encryption). See the Blu-ray section for me information on playback.
