1. Your Registration Codes (permanent licenses) can be retrieved by using option #2 on the Restore Page:
https://rover.jriver.com/cgi-bin/restore.cgi
You will receive e-mail from buy-button at jriver.
2. Download and install JRiver Media Center from jriver.com. Other sites cannot always be trusted.
Your license must match your version. The latest version is here:

3. Use the Registration Code to do a Restore here: https://rover.jriver.com/cgi-bin/restore.cgi
Use Copy and Paste to avoid mistakes. Browsers can sometimes cause problems. Opera renames the .mjr extension of our Install Key to .exe and this will not work. IE is reliable.
