To access Remote Control Setup, go to Tools > Options > Remote Control.
The first time you select Remote Control, select the matching plugin from the selection box and click the Start button to activate it. Some devices may require you to click the Configure button and set up some parameters such as the number of the serial port the device is attached to.
If you don't see a plugin for your device, please click the 'Download.' link. It will take you to a web page with a list of available remote control plugins.
