- Merge Suggested: This is a stub article related to Content Panel. It should be expanded or merged into its parent article. You can help the JRiver Wiki by updating it.
You can sort the information displayed in the content pane simply by clicking on the appropriate column heading. Click on the genre column to sort by genre. Click twice to sort in reverse order.
To sort by two (or more) different criteria, simply hold down Shift and click on the columns you want sorted. For example, if you want to view your files sorted by artist name, then by year, then by song title (name), hold down the Shift key, and click on Artist, then Year, then Name.
If thumbnails are displayed, sort by selecting the Options drop-down menu (under the Search Bar) and select Sorting.
Additional sorting settings (Tools > Options > Tree & View > Sorting):
- Ignore articles when sorting.
- Sort empty strings last.
- Save sorting changes made by clicking column headers.
